Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all relationships regarding the use of this service between users and the Company. The Company may establish various rules for use, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") in addition to these Terms regarding this service. These Individual Provisions, regardless of their names, constitute part of these Terms. If the provisions of these Terms conflict with the provisions of the Individual Provisions mentioned in the previous clause, the Individual Provisions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.

In this service, user registration is completed when a prospective registrant agrees to these Terms and applies for user registration according to the method prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves this application. The Company may refuse to approve an application for user registration if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and shall not be obligated to disclose any reasons therefor.

• When false information was provided in the application for user registration
• When the application is from a person who has violated these Terms
• When the Company determines that user registration is not appropriate

Users shall properly manage their User ID and password for this service at their own responsibility. Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their User ID and password to third parties, or share them with third parties. The Company shall deem the use as by the user who registered the User ID when login is performed with a combination of User ID and password that matches what was registered. Damages arising from the use of User ID and password by third parties shall not be the responsibility of the Company, except when the Company has willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Users shall pay the usage fees separately determined by the Company and displayed on this website as consideration for the paid portions of this service, using the method designated by the Company. The main payment conditions are as follows:

• Fee payment is prepaid, and payment must be completed before using the service
• Late payment penalties of 14.6% per annum may apply if payment deadlines are missed
• Cooling-off period does not apply as this is a digital service
• Refunds are generally not provided after payment completion
• Plan downgrades will result in credit allocation (no cash refunds)

Users may not engage in the following acts when using this service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company, other users, or other third parties
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or networks
• Acts that commercially exploit information obtained through this service
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's service
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
• Acts that provide benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces
• Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
